Shipping, Refunds & Returns
After you place your order with us, your products will ship within 2 to 3 business days. While we work hard to ship every order as fast as possible, there may be times when we are processing a high-volume of orders and require additional time to ship your order. If your order is experiencing a significant delay in shipping, we will contact you via email. Please note that orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Here is a breakdown of our shipping charges:
Orders below $35: $6 flat-rate shipping
Orders over $35: free ground shipping
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please refer to this tracking information as needed. You may also contact us regarding the status of your order.
In the rare occurrence that you cannot find your package after the carrier website status reflects that it has been delivered, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for packages that are refused by the recipient or not deliverable due to incorrect shipping details. We ask that you double-check your shipping information prior to submitting your order.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Zire Nutrition. If you feel that you may require a refund, return, or exchange, please write to us using the form below within 30 days of your order date. Once we receive your request, we may request additional information such as the lot number or pictures of the products you received.
